a song is sung in anticipation of your own death. Greed and money was the cause of this assisted suicide to protect family. True story out of South Africa

Sing your last melody.

Was a chilly summers night
Was it fear, or was everything alright.
Singing a melody along with a friend.
Just around the corner, lies his end.

It was greed whom he allowed to take his soul.
Try and get to heaven with 7 bullet holes.
Slumped over a steering wheel of his luxury car.
Cigarette buds found on the tar.

A mystery man watching from a bridge.
Blood and business ethics run down the surridge.
The mystery man makes the final call.
"Its done...The big man took a fall"

Another said: "Tow the car to be repaired"
With the instruction, all evidence impaired.
The silver Mercedes cleaned out of sight.
Not a trace of the murderer after that night.

News came, business world shocked!
The big mans ticking clock stopped.
Tabloids and newspapers told it all.
But who was responsible for his fall?

Speculation and mystery was bred.
Names appeared along a big spider's web.
Police commissioner and drug lord friends.
So the story twist an bends!

The "Landlord" arrested after a year.
Was an assisted suicide that brought all the tears.
Plan for a plane crash in his luxury jet.
Ironic that that this was one of his big debts.

Life insurance payout, the only way for family to survive.
Was a fake hi-jack who put an end to his money drive.
All debts gone as quick as a gun.
No more games, no more fun!

Mining houses crumble and share prices tumble.
Brett Keble's murder made many a life crumble.
Sing your last melody with an old friend
Sing you're heart out, it might be your end!
