merry christmas

[//R3M3MB3R.]

my first memory of you
is missing your face
i can't remember what is true
i'm such a discrace.

ill look at the picture over and over again
but never grasp it on my own
when your time came to an end
i cant help but feel alone.

you flew up high
while the snow was falling
i didn't even cry
because she was just stalling.

i remember the day
but not the feeling
i wanted her to stay
i wanted to see what she was seeing.

i found death on the day of birth
but it wasn't the correct new life
i won't ever forget the hurt
nor the sound of their cries.

the eve of the winter time
while the snow was coming down
she was alone crying
packing, homeward bound.

Tori
more loves? well, it was a family love. that was the day she died. i don't think there is a person to replace a family member that died.

betsy Firefly
There will be more loves, more chances and hopefully not more hurts as you go along life's path of ups and downs. It takes a whole lifetime, Tori.
