Martin Luther King Jr.

Walking the horror of the street

He was the only man to compete

Fighting for what he thought was right

For people to look at life in a new light

Knowing what others done was wrong

His dream will forever stay strong

Watching how colored people were abused

Poor souls unkindly treated and were misused

He got his point across very clear

Making sure that all man kind could hear

He was so brave risking his own life

So his kind no longer had to go through strife

Wanting peace to ring over all lands

And little boys and girl of every color to hold hands

His dream still struggles to come true

He done things no body expected anyone to do
