Breathe Into Reality

Before there was you
Only a dream had I
A stranded hope
That came to me in sleep
In my lonesome room as I lay
Lost within the despair of each day
My mind wanders astray
'Twas then you came
As I closed my eyes
Your face would appear
One I had nere before gazed upon
Though it had been in my mind all along
When I imagined you beside me
I would feel you touch me gently
Holding me close to you
In love with me
Your prescence a comfort like none other
All of my doubts and fears
Desintegrate and disappear
With the words from your lips would I hear
"My love," you would whisper, "I'm here"
Laying with me
Clutching tightly
There would I be
In your arms all the night
As instict soothed my thoughts
All would be alright
For even though I did not know
And had not yet known you were real
Your love saved my life
So many a time
As it kept me warm at night
Now I can boast of my luck
To be with you is far more than enough
Though life is trying
We shall continue surviving.
