Feeling of Youth

Children eyes are filtered, in their progress of growth
As the time goes by, they see a truth the world holds
Miss the understanding why this failure should be
Running around in circles through the centuries

Inherited emotions from the near and distant past
Creating who we are, so a child can grow fast
To learn the true meaning of their inner society
While crossing path with others and the outer is to see



Differences around to see, but we're still the same
playing by the rules, which are all from the game
The independent one could see the face of defeat
by choosing to live in the way of self lead

The feeling grows stronger to a rebellious soul
Trying hard to go by in a world so cold
Resistance from authorities who imprison the mind
But the searching won't be stopped, to find a way out of the blind


The reality can be blurry or clear,
Behind a child's pure soul, which in the future holds
Don't know what's right or wrong,
Just making the path for the next generation
Who will be born to see, a common enemy

It's the feeling of youth a reason to be free
to live a life of choices and learn from the mislead
what is there to do with this emotion in need
while remaining captured forced to think what the soul dont mean
