TRAIL in D Moll

Welcome you!
Welcome friends!
What Has happened here today?
Ah! But I shall tell!
Se this man there?
HIM!
Yes Indeed!
He has broken a law!
Hmm... Not one...
No one's a saint...
Hah...
Let me explain,
He committed a crime,
A crime so unearthly that ...
It seems like the end for him!
THE CRIME OF LOVE!
YES! He is lonely!
Yes he cried!
Yes he mourned!
How sad?
Allas my dear friends...
Have pitty for this poor creature still has a heart,
A red heart beating in his chest...
A heart that desires to be cared for but...!
Hushing in the audience?
Ah I see... then what I will say...
Crime of love.
Crime of passion.
A crime of rape!
Look at him! How He dresses!
How he cries
But he's cleaver,
He still smiles!
Those red cheeks, that faint look,
Do you think you can fool me?
I am but great and I have no emotions for you.
Animal...
To be petted, to be fed and slaughtered.
No more should your fate be.
Oh friends hear me!
What? Listen to you?
He speaks!
Oh the rudeness!
The unpoliteness.
How dares he!
To us!
Perhaps it's good for a laugh.
Please, some one hand him a rag,
His tears don't need more.
JUDGES! LAW MUST BE DONE!
ORDER IN THE COURT!
Sentence will be given soon!
Yes... No, I'm not listening to you,
Your excuses.
Your poem.
There is no moon to vow to
You have no where to go
Then why struggle?
Restrain him!
The crowd speaks,
Lend your ears:
He's a vilan!
Banish him!
Oh just look at him!

Perhaps the defence has something to say?
Oh?
Really.
Too bad.

Court:
We can see what has he plundered!
We can see how his mindless emotions came into play.
By justice and law we look at you.
By the BOOK!
Rules state, that such a crime,
A misery even!
Should be punished.
You are innocent,
Therefore GUILTY.
Those begging eyes won't do you much,
There is no room for your plot!
Take him! Throw him in!
We demand to see him suffocate,
By loneliness and fear.
That how the sentence sounds.
Be gone.

A little confusing Golam but an interesting read, the rape line was a shocker thrown into what appeared to be a love story. A couple of typos but otherwise a good piece. Smiling at you, Tai
