A Walk

Today I'm walking down the narrow streets
And watch the faces of the passers-by,
And wonder what may be their dreams
When I catch them, so strange, with sight.

Today I'm walking just to look around,
I may be happy when I find the one
Who's so sad and indifferent to the crowd,
Who's looking for someone like me with his heart.

I see that some are like grey days,
Their tears are turned into heavy rains.
Others are happy, but it's only today:
Their bright smiles will take away the new day.
