Extra mile!

It's a long,dark,unpaved road
though full of worries and saddness
seemed only to my success
will I ever make it thru?
I wondered...

Confused in my faltering steps
fear was the order of the day
how to make the extra mile...
I wondered where my fate lies!

In the darkness of my doubts
you offered me a lamp...
thru my path a guide it'll serve
Oh! such an Angel
how come you live on earth?

All hopes now restored
a million thanks...
still won't be enough
The extra mile is not an easy one to ply
but with grace of God thru you
I might come thru with smiles
