I tried

I bring out the best in me
I try to reach out for you
It's so hard to tell you these words

My inner workings are more complicated then they seemed

I tried I really did
But if I confessed like a prayer from a sin

No doubt would you nor I
Die of the shame

God understand that this is my choice
I really wish you'd see it like I do

All that love I hide for you
