POETRY!?!?!?!

Poetry is but limited my only by Imagination

All around there be verse awaiting to be writan

May be there be many readers , maybe very few

Maybe to many words , maybe to few

Maybe what is writan is pore in quality compared

Dos not scan , bad use of grammar

Could be to elaborate , to fancy dan

To arty farty

Maybe the writer is no better than should be

Or could ever be

Maybe the poet is to clever by half

Could be tasteless ,

To sophisticated , to overcomplicated

just well simple , privative to be ''kind''

to be ''nice'' ,

As long as the poem works for me

And you , who cares what the art farts have to say?

Not I!!! I trust not you dear reader!

i agree with you on this... i had a friend who was exactly what you denounce here... a royal pain in the ass, i'll add lol :) writing takes you where your imagination will go... what others have to say about it is nice but if they don't like, oh well, maybe next time... won't stop us from writing :) *hugs* xx
