Poem is from Jewels of Awe
Bowl of Fruit
Your face
Turns dark
A shadow on the wall
Hides from view
I miss the sight
Of love
The scent of morning dew
Dust fills the room
Paintings hang
Upside down
Fruit sits quietly
In a bowl
Waiting...
To be eaten
