We Passed the Other Day (III)

I must say...
I did think that
I was over you, but

We passed the other day...
We glanced at each other and
We said "hey" and I remembered

When we talk
When I see you
When I hear your name

It comes back and I remember...
It was brief but sweet, although
It came to nothing at all

But you are still you
But what I like is still there
But have my feelings really gone away

Can we be friends?
Can I move on?
Can I see clearly?

I don't know...
I still care for you, but
I guess for now, that's all I have to say

i must say, i rather like the III's, although if there is a special significance behind them other than the fact that they make a cool style i'm afraid it's lost on me.
