finding comfort in reflective thought

serenity (haiku suite)

silent hawk soaring

blue skies crystal reflection

mountain majesty

gurgling stream flowing

blue herrings ready for flight

soft meditations

hammock swaying hymns

breezes from whispering winds

songs of peacefulness

babe on mother's breast

soft sounds of pure contentment

spiritual union

waves lapping the shore

warming sun against my face

vespers from the soul

Medicine for a weary soul or an over wrought mind. Beautiful images to ward off worries that can't be settled. A reminder of God's greatness and goodness. His world is what artists try to imulate. This collection of haikus is word art worthy of His praise.

Nice haikus, and the sum is greater than the total of its parts. Very serene and pastoral.

No offence Kathy, yet I am gladdened to see this - this is optimism and hope and as a writer as you are - this is far more you!
