I could live with you again mom

I the ants in the garden
would bite me again
wish that
you would wipe my tears again

I could fall face down
in the mud again
wearing my birthday dress

I could play with my yellow teddy again

I could bring a stray pup home

I could play with friends
and come back home with my knees
scratched again ...
I miss you mom
nothing feels right
I wish i could quit
And be with you
day and night
PLease make me a child again
lift me in your arms
I miss your smell
you touch
Your warmth ...
I wish i could turn back time
and be a child again
I wish i could be with you for ever
