be in between
being in between,you haven't gotten away
with anything
you won't take direct hits,
but you do get caught
in crossfires
you never have to decide,
but dearling
neither do you get a say
you aren't neutral
in the long run
it's what one may call stalling
being in between
amidst the gray and uncertain
betweeen two lines
safe,
not really
think twice of the middle
a compromise,
its always a shade deceiving
being in between
say,
where do you belong?
