Compassionate Croon



Hush now, it'll be alright
Take these arms, hold on tight
Let the tears fall where they might
If you need me, I'll sit here all night

Don't hold back let your spirit fly
Grown men are allowed to cry
Love hurts sometimes, we know not why
Lift your head now, look me in the eye

If only you'd see yourself as I can
You'd know you are a beautiful man
I know you think you'll never love again
But time is the healer here my friend

Come now, let me dry your face
Tomorrow you'll wake in a better place
I know right now it doesn't feel that way
Hold on tight, it'll be okay, it'll be okay....
