she never / he never (a valentine-challenge reflection)


she never felt
that much at home
among his people
but then come to think of it
neither had he

he never felt
that much at home
among her people
but then for that matter
neither had she

for the most part
i think they felt
not always mind you
but for the most part
most at home
together
