Just a poem.

Life

The sun is out shining bright
It is such an illuminated sight
I look at it through unexplainable tears
As I think about all my future years
What will become of me I ask myself?
Will I lie around like a book on an abandoned shelf?
Or will I work in an office in a big town
And be known by all the officials that where a crown
I can't read the future but I wish I could
But if I did have the ability I'm not sure that I would
For living life in suspense is what is so exciting
Like when you catch a fish when they have not been biting
One day life can be calm and quit
The next can be a disastrous riot
You never know where you may stay
So you must learn to bend and sway
To fit the conditions that do occur
Throughout this big long blur
That we humans call life
A series of events filled with joy or strife
But if you will sit and contemplate
Maybe you and I can relate
In the way that we do think
About how life can hit you like a tank
If you do not pay attention to what goes on
You won't know what has happened until it is gone
This will ruin your train of thought
And you will not get the wisdom that you have sought
