Love

love,
love is the prize of life,

with many its alluded ,

many beleive theres only one chance

..
..
.
found love? im am sure,
but its the love that faided

for love can stay for only a while.... and also last forever

its the ones you find that you can love forever that stay with you

but im certain that there is one out there

.
.
its the feeling you get when your with them,
that makes you not want to leave

its the sound of the last thing they said to you last night,
repeating in your mind

its the thought that if they were gone,
you wouldnt know how to live

its the memorys you are left with,
after the night is over,
that you keep thinking over to not forget

its the worry that you might have done something wrong,
but when she says she loves you it all goes away

and... its the tingling shock that goes over your body that, only for a second, freazes in place when you feel the touch of her hand

(sorry its not the best i only wrote it just now, i dont get a lot of time to ponder)

wow... that's deep. "its the tingling shock that goes over your body that, only for a second, freazes in place when you feel the touch of her" (also, him, for me) "hand". i also agree w/ poeticprocrastiantion. it makes you really want to experience it if you already haven't.

i agree with poeticpro.. yeah.. you are always damn right ahaha quoting curses with compliments.. anyway it is very good and exquisitely (word of day as of right now till when i am done writing this) depicts(ahaha) a beautiful picture of love.. in short term bloody brilliant :D

You have a way of expressing things and always being so damn RIGHT. I haven't read another poem that expresses love more perfectly than this one.

That line jumps out...and it makes me think of the wonderful times I've spent with my guy. Thank you!
