A REAL MAN

A real man knows how to talk to a woman
Knows just how to hold her heart
A real man goes out his way to make her feel close
Even though their miles apart

A real man holds her hand and
Whispers sweat nothings in her hear
He makes her feel safe and
Obliterate her fears

A real man knows what he wants and
Includes her in his plans
He supports her dreams
Always her biggest fan

A real man reveals his heart with his actions
Not with just words that can fade
He takes pride in his work
And is perfect in his trade

A real man can move mountains with the strength in his voice
He takes a step back, try to make the right choice

A real man loves you
With every fiber of his being
He completes the puzzle,
Makes your life feel like a dream

A real man will be there
Feel your pain to the touch
He will be patient
Takes his time, there's no rush

What I really wish to say words won't let me but what I know for sure is that there is always room for a man to improve and so I have grown more because of you. The woman in you has given me the strength to soar higher for I want to shower you with the gift of joy you've given me. Your poetry isn't just a play on pretty words to amuse the spirit of those seeking a safe haven rather it is a life source full of fresh air and a new look at the world for it can be a cold place at times. Remind me to every now and then that I am not perfect and by doing this I embrace your friendship more. This poem is the best of the better you've ever composed! I felt the passion and compassion that flows deep within, you pass my way more times than you know; easy are my nights.
