Lonely

tell me bright eyes
all the things that you see
the hidden lies
the little hooks
as they catch onto your creamy skin
I'm sorry I couldn't help you
your eyes hide disappointment
while mine hold anger
The red lines prove you're scared
while mine prove I'm a failure
Speaking is much harder
when you have nothing to say
but it hurts much more for you
that I didn't even try
So I just wanted to say that I'm sorry
I know its too late
I lost you along the way
can't get you back
but I made a promise to follow you
so don't walk too fast
because I'm plunging head first into dark waters
drowning with you
because being lonely
hurts the most

Mr.Mist
This ws really beautiful. Listening to "wild world" by cat stevens, and reading your poems, almost bring a tear to my eye...
really beautiful...

You are a find, a discovery!

Today must be my lucky day:
I came to your page!

((((hugs))))
