Father Figures
A Father figure can be
As close to being a daddy
As anyone can be
Emotionally
Someone to believe in
A dad who won't be leavin'
Someone to count on as a friend
Your father, figuratively, to the end
He's there for you, and you know it
He loves you and he shows it
That you love him too
Is all he'll ever ask of you
