"must beware of hopes" is a curious caution, Ken. I agree that Sunday is indeed special. I find myself using the day for reflection. Saturday is for house work but Sunday is for soul work.

I am not a conventionally religious person, but Sunday mornings my classical radio station plays sacred music, and in those voices lifted in soaring grace and gratitude I do indeed find "a day free of worry."
