the turn of the ticking

the turn of the ticking
indulgent dark water sky
howls in a one syllable silence
cricketing time into night

softly dreaming you
I spell for other days
to find you coerced in me
in salty breaks of love

This blows my imagination and feelings to all sorts of realms! Love your use of language here. I of course most like all of the lines, but if I were to pick a few, S1 L3 and S2 L4 grab me most strongly... I'm a truly happy fan :)

Are you the poet laureate in Stockholm? If not, you should be.
These images of feelings are so vivid and so beautifully expressed that they leave the reader breathless. I know I keep saying this, but it's a 'sigh' sort of poem. It's the beauty of the words, the imagery, and the feelings that are all part of the poem.
