I've been to some dark placesDeep inside my mind
Places that no heart could find
The light
That once was known
When you're there
You're not anywhere
No light
No love
No Home
When you've hit the bottom
The deepest place
Unknown
No-one else can save you
Your fight back is your own
But when you've stood up for yourself
Found your will
To stand
Strong
And Brave
Alone
You'll bear a scar that strengthens you
For your hearts eyes will know
And remember how you drew yourself
From the murky depths

Trust your own journey
Listen to YOUR song
Only you can write it
To know that you are strong
Strong enough to live your truth
To steer your own life
