I am proving Marjan wrong, with my jealous poem...lol...

for Alex and Marjan

I have heard about that stubborn wind
that raved my world without smiling

Without kudos stripping on my verandah
I have heard the summer singing of the winter

I never knew that the leper has trooped
into my vineyard and destroyed all that I have

I have watched him in stunned silence
cripple the goats in my barn

and my eyes are tearful, weeping
for YOU hunter to beware of my jewel
