The Child of Herakleitos

There sits a child at a shore
and plays with deep seriousness

(the stones whisper their purposes)

and knows that
you don't go into
the same river twice

On the other side
lie the untouched Old Quarters

When over there
you are not the same person

'and knows you
don't go into
the same river twice' these lines hold a lot of deep meaning for me, your words are wonderful

Heavy laden with meaning and poetic insinuation. Loved it.
