One that makes me happy and brightens up my world.
I thought I found that special one after searching with care,
Now the girl of my dreams turned into a nightmare.
The girl of my dreams turned into a nightmare.
She spends all of my money and doesn't even care.
She'll send me to the poorhouse someday, I swear!
The girl of my dreams turned into a nightmare.
The day that we met, it was love at first sight.
I guess I should have known that something was not right.
Well, I was so smitten by her beautiful auburn hair.
Now the girl of my dreams turned into a nightmare.
The girl of my dreams turned into a nightmare.
She spends all my money and doesn't even care.
She'll send me to the poorhouse someday, I swear!
The girl of my dreams has turned into a nightmare.
She never cooks or cleans, my house is just a mess.
This little dreamboat is the source of all my stress.
Relationships are fifty-fifty, but she won't do her share.
Yes, the girl of my dreams turned into a nightmare.
