Easter 2017

So It's World War III

So it's World War III
And there's a terrible calm.
No palpable fear
Just a serene breath
Before the bomb.

We won't have time
For Brexit,
For growing our grandchildren,
For dying of old age,
For getting our telegram from the Queen,
For making peace in the Middle East,
For making love.

everything will be shut down in a snap of a moment, the winners and the losers

So simply said, what is in all our minds. No mincing of words, yet so surreal. We wait for the bombs.
