It's been an odd and drizzly day
Agendas stalled and plans awry
Yet now with evening well in hand
This days promise has resolved

The sun cloked long in woollen grey
At dusk cast off its ashen shroud
To offer a vibrant denouement
I sit and peacefully absorb

My angst at being unfulfilled
Melts away as this cloudscape
Presents itself in quiet tones
Borrowed from Monets and Bretons

You've come up with the perfect title for this very nice, peaceful poem.

I like the rhythm of this poem very much.
