Magic Is
Magic is in the eye of the beholder
That he told her
As he watched her
Walk sidereally away
Into a grey and violet sea,
Into waves of Venus watch lips flower
Mercury heartbeats words of power
Seaweed tresses tossing windswept verdigris ,
Thoughts wept caresses dream wet skin
Mermaid islands whirlpools spinning play
Spun sidereally away
That he told her
As he watched her
Magic, is in the eye of the beholder.
