Summer Ghost
The ghost of Summer's past lies buried in her eyesPinwheel carousel skies, kaleidoscope she is always
So many spins the hemispheric needle point at risk
Feel the air outside rattle like a prehistoric ride into space
In her eyes and on her face there is that which is unknown
Thoughts she weaves into baskets for dreams for you alone
Must leave her forever such beautiful goodbyes
