Knife Review

This is a beautiful knife, simple in design,

Effective in use. It comes razor sharp.

The wooden handle is comfortable.

I use it primarily for wood-carving, though

It would make an excellent camp knife.

The sheath is also beautifully made, the leather

Is excellent. I have the same knife without

The UHC, it is the same quality in terms

Of craftsmanship, but apparently the UHC

Has a higher grade of steel. Thus far

I haven’t noticed a difference. Over time

I expect the UHC version will stay sharp longer.

I haven’t had to sharpen either yet. I would

Buy this knife again. I recommend it highly.

This poem reads like one of those technical writings you find in an instructional manual. It is precise and concise, just like the short, sharp knife.

I've always had knives. As a boy I carried one in my pocket daily. I probably own about a dozen now but don't typically carry them any more other than while on my boat. One aspect of knives I especially enjoy is sharpening them. I'll spend hours on a wet stone getting the perfect edge.
