Prayer for Christmas Eve and Christmas by Ann Wood
God,give the children more love and more faith to shine the spark of happiness in their eyes, to light the children's thoughts, so that no tears on their faces, to make their days magical, only and true!
God,
give people a little joy, love, and protection to warm their souls, to purify their minds, to brighten their days, and to make them better, more merciful, more real!
God,
give us more faith and wisdom in our hearts so that we do not break down in the face of adversity, that we accept every endeavor, that we may evaluate our every day and moment as if it were the last!
God,
help us not to grieve You with any sin, and to spend this day pleasingly to You and salvation for us.
Protect us and protect us from all evil! Amen!
