All he has to do is reacktervaite a law dating from
1916 - yes WW1

There is a law against spiting in the street
To prevent the spreading tuberculosis - TB
Way back in memory of generations past
Isolation hospitals all over the U K then
1950s - they were called sanatoriums back then
That made it law that no more than TWO are aloud to gather
You see the UK has no written constitution - just many acts of Parliament
Some can override other acts - nothing but nothing guarantees our freedoms!
Just awaiting to be dusted off cobwebs removed and presto!
Among Those acts of Parliament - The Enabling Act - putting The Army On The Streets - of every city town village and hamlets
Just call up members of The Privy Concill - ' Jonson ' Johnson signing a pease of paper!
