No doubt by now it's not escaped your notice that our dear Anna (night soul woman) hasn't been around in a very long while.  The reason for that is quite against her heart's wishes.  Very unfortunately, life has been very complicated, along with her health not in great shape, so she's understandably had to put all of her focus on that.

As a consequence, it's with a lot of sadness we announce to you that Anna has made the decision to step aside, in the interests of PoetBay's continued existence, 'cause she's no longer able to put the time that she was hoping she'd have to take care of the website.  Starting from 30 June 2020, she will no longer be owner of the site, and I will carry on our vision of PoetBay for us.  

It's really important to express to Anna our deepest gratitude.  If it hadn't been for her, PoetBay would have disappeared many years ago!  She's been the financial side of the whole project; even when she really didn't have the funds for it, it must be said.  She did that 'cause she was so worried the community would be deprived of this great website we fell in love with and that has brought so much good to us (others should have the same opportunity).  It's always been important to her that such deprivation never happens.  And I feel the same as she does about that.

Anna, with all of our hearts, we hope that when things start to settle down a bit more for you, you'll reclaim your space here on PoetBay as a much beloved member.  Remember to not forgo the soothing nature of creativity, girl! 😉  It's been too long, and we miss your voice.
