Dear PoetBay members,

I announced to you last month that, starting 30 June, I'd be taking on the ownership of PoetBay.  So, I thought now would be a good moment to present the structure of things on the site from the administrative point of view.

I can start by saying that not much will be changed in the ways I've been managing the website for the last 11 years (improvements are always in mind, for sure).  But... I'm nonetheless in the organizational phase of things, and in the process of personal adaptation, as I take on all of the responsibilities, and figure out our best way forward.  Although it's going well, there are still a few things Anna and I are finalizing at the moment.

So, for now, here's the view of our current behind-the-scenes at PoetBay, presenting the people involved at making it work.  The following link leads to the Editorial Team's extra presentation page where I updated it with the details.

PS:  As noted above, I've updated the Help sections, including our Terms of Membership.  Did some rewording, and made a few minor additions in the Terms.  As always, if you disagree with a particular point in the Terms, I'm open for discussions.
