Prayer to St. NicholasO most holy Nicholas, excellent benefactor of the Lord, our ardent intercessor, good shepherd, teacher, and mentor!
You, as an angel living on earth, appeared a perfect angel in your wonderful glory.
We believe with all our souls and thoughts that you, our kind-hearted helper and prayer-giver, with your true intercessions and the grace that is abundantly given to you by the Lord and Savior, always help us for our salvation.
So, accept the blessed benefactor of Christ, and at this hour, our prayers and keep us with your intercession.
Pray to the Lord, Who gives peace to all, sends peace to the churches, brings together the divided, and keeps our country in peace.
Ask the merciful Lord to save us from our transgressions in whatever ways He knows.
Ask the Good One to give us and the whole world everything we need mercifully.
I was hoping you could help me, the sinner and the downtrodden, in this life.
I asked the Lord God to grant forgiveness for all my sins, which I committed throughout my life with deeds, words, thoughts, and feelings.
Ask the Lord to deliver me from the eternal torments, so that I may always glorify the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit and your protection, now and always, and forever and ever.
Amen.
