A Midsummer Night's Dream

Here come the born-again.

Standing stones are waiting for them,
Solemn circle of vaulted vigilance,
Dragged and raised in the lithic times,
Dedicated to calibrated celebration.

Here come the free-again.

Hearts are warmed by the druidic light,
As they were in the sleeping dragon-past,
Our long night banished by the longest day,
Pray we find solace in the summer solstice.
