For the unborn child.

Lockdown lullaby

How many seeds can you sow?
How many plants can you grow?
How many facts can you know?
How many dice can you throw?

Hush, hush little one,
Your life has just begun.

How many candles can you light?
How many wrongs can you right?
How many wars can you fight?
How many virtues can you cite?

Hush, hush little one,
Your life has just begun.

How many borders can we breach?
How many lovers can we reach?
How many children can we teach?
How many stains can we bleach?

Hush, hush little one,
Your life has just begun.

How many normals in the norm?
How many homeless in the dorm?
How many calms in the storm?
How many shapes in the form?

Hush, hush little one,
Your life has just begun.

How many gags in the masks?
How many gives in the asks?
How many tears in the tasks?
How many beams in the basks?

Rush, rush little one,
Your life is on the run.
