The Bank of England today unveiled the new £50 note which celebrates the life and work of Alan Turing.
Cracked the Nazi code,
Helped to win the cypher-war,
But your own code was secret
Until in a stolen moment you
Cryptically revealed it to an
Investigating officer.
They read you like a book
Afterwards, in the end
It was your country's fascists
Who cracked you, made you
Take your own life
Despite all the lives you saved.
