The Cipher's Song
I'm packing now. I'll be gone pretty soon,New job, new address. Otherwise, nothing
Will change. I know that. I'll live by myself,
Without friends. I'll be silent when I'm not
At work, and not very vocal when I am there.
Alone in my car, on the street, when I'm
Shopping. The guy with the beer, by himself,
In a bar. I'll persist, but to what end?
I haven't an answer. I'm leaving a place
In which I haven't mattered for somewhere
I'm sure that I won't.
