can you see how much this hurts?can you see my tear marked face?
can you see my broken heart?
can you see i lost the race?
can you hold what you have lost?
can you kill what's already dead?
can you touch what isn't there?
can you hear what's already been said?
well i know how much this hurts,
i can feel my tear marked face,
i can feel my broken heart,
i can see i lost the race.
i cannot hold what i have lost,
but you've killed what's already dead,
i cannot touch what isn't there,
i still hear what's already been said.
