Time slips by, bye bye

I was sorting out my grandkids toys yesterday,
An A B C learning book fell to the floor,
She had put G and H in the wrong order,
I rang her up to tell her,
She said,
“Grandad, I’m 24 years old now, get a life”.

D G Moody
This works so well. A short piece that's set in a conversational mode, but that delivers a lasting impression. A good one John John.
