"Win-Win" is a Myth
Do not be misled. The sum always is zero, everywhere. Whatever
You can grasp and claim diminishes somebody else, and this is why
We hate each other. Ask for higher wages and the owner
Of the capital you have to use to do your job will bristle. He'll
Have fewer profits. When your landlord ups the rent, she gains,
While you make do with less. A program which advances some
Reduces the superior positions of another group, a fact which eats
At those with privileges they would like to save. They understand
That human interactions all have zero sums, and, should you try
To get ahead, you'll learn to feel the same.
