A Thought Problem
Let's just assume, for argument's sake, that I'm not an ass,
And you'd like me to stay. What would we do on an afternoon,
Such as this, so damp, without promise, exactly the sort which
Would try even couples besotted by epic love? I don't know.
Would we fornicate? That could be fun. Would we cuddle
With toddies in front of a fire? Would we toss off bon mots
And disparage the weather? It's all academic, I guess,
As I cannot persude you that I'm not an ass.
