BUILD ON YOUR CAPACITY!!!
You are not starting.You are continuing something ancient in you.
Something that learned survival before it learned language,
something that has been gathering strength in the background of your life
like roots under pavement.
And maybe that’s why it feels heavy sometimes—
because growth isn’t always visible at first.
Sometimes it looks like silence.
Sometimes it looks like nothing is happening
when everything is actually rearranging you.
So when you feel delayed,
remember: even storms take time to gather.
Even light travels through darkness
before it becomes morning.
Build on your capacity
when nobody is watching.
When applause is absent.
When doubt is loud.
Build it in how you return after disappointment.
In how you choose softness without becoming weak.
In how you still believe something good can come out of your hands
even after they’ve trembled.
Because one day,
you will look back
and realize you were not waiting for life to begin.
You were becoming the kind of person
life has no choice but to respond to.
