Slowly becomes too much dragging you away

Sleep comes with red puffy eye and a raw voice
Waking up is a chore everything feels to heavy to move

Waves comes and goes drowning you more and more
A pain in your head a voice saying let it stop
Drowning with no one to save you
Alone
Daddy is never there and when he is it makes it worse
Mommy can’t help you anymore she can’t understand
Brother is too caught up in drugs and drinks so he can’t remember last night
Sister has her own problems, throwing each one on you
The waves getting bigger
Work, school, home
Waves falling with the weight of the world
Sister, mom, dad, brother
They think your happy because you never cry
Yes you do
But they just never hear you and if they do they would never pry
Not one Asking are you ok
Pulling away deeper in the water like a shell to be lost forever
disappearing
Waves crashing don’t drown you anymore
How can they when you’re gone
The pain is gone but not the voice
Let it go

All out of tears
The stars are not as bright, the rain is a friend,
Reality is blurry
Are you dreaming

It all ready drowned you
