Tremble
The untamed heart is hard to handle but holds no candle to the virgin heart, the new born heart just lately learned to love, devouring every specimen with mangled infant teeth forming unique serrated edges with each new bite, molding jaws fit for newer and newer prey, adapting to it all. If ever you find yourself before these jaws, do not mistake the soft, wet lips and rosy cheeks for a garden, no, it hides a snake that not only will swallow you whole but break every bone in your body to make the swallowing easier.Poetry by Sameen
