Alice Eyes, Cinderella Gown

Saw you dancing in a dream house mirror

With your Alice eyes, wearing a Cinderella gown

As a cloud of shining ravens played movie lights through your hair

Ever fair you moved as though the world was listing

Staying in place you were beyond resisting

Shadows wove a path with pave stones reflecting your laugh

Your life opening as though a door into some other being

So close was I to touching this key it felt so much like seeing

Through hopeless nights my boats rowing error

Drinking moonlight waves I waved watching you rain down

With your Alice eyes, wearing a Cinderella gown
